After three long, hard days of trying to find a cheap flight to New York city I finally gave up. I bought a ticket with Air India from Heathrow to JFK for just over 500 pounds Stirling. Although buying an expensive aeroplane ticket is admitting defeat, it feels good that I've done it and am thus definitely going to attend HOPE. Next time I fly I'll definitely get a ticket six months in advance. I guess I'd better book my flight to Berlin for the CCC in the near future.
Didn't manage to get much study done today. Forced myself to do a couple of hours before I went to bed.
