The Great Commotion

Went to a meeting of The Great Commotion, a free monthly newsletter in Norwich. It was very poor. The Great Commotion consists of a single piece of A4, with about eight articles. The articles are around 100 words long. The problem with the meeting was that nobody did any real editing. When I suggested changes to articles people complained. A waste of time, like many things in my life. See www.thegreatcommotion.org.uk for the current issue. I wrote the article on Anglia Water and the article on the success of the EASF wiki.

On the way home I spent some time calling telephone operators. One was very rude to me. I let her live despite the fact that she couldn't recognize a reorder tone. Fuckwit.
